Refund & Cancellation Policy –
Vertex Global Consultant provides customized IT and technology services. Because our services often involve dedicated development resources, project planning, customization, design, programming, licensing, and third-party costs, refunds are handled according to the nature and stage of the service.
1. General Refund Policy
Payments made to Vertex Global Consultant are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where a refund is expressly approved under this policy, the applicable service agreement, or required by applicable law.
Before making payment, clients are encouraged to review the quotation, proposal, scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms carefully.
2. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before any substantial work has commenced, Vertex Global Consultant may review the request and determine whether a refund is applicable.
Any non-refundable third-party costs, administrative expenses, transaction charges, or other costs already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. No Refund for Change of Preference
A refund will generally not be provided solely because a client changes their mind, changes business requirements, dislikes a previously approved design, or requests work substantially different from the originally agreed scope, particularly where work has already commenced.
Vertex Global Consultant may, at its discretion, offer revisions or alternative solutions where commercially reasonable.
